A graphical interface for PyOPIA — the open-source Python toolbox for ocean particle image analysis. Configure, run, and visualise PyOPIA processing jobs without the command line. Cross-platform, Docker-orchestrated, and ready to download.

PyOPIA Contributor

We contribute to PyOPIA, the Python Ocean Particle Image Analysis toolbox developed and maintained at SINTEF Ocean. PyOPIA processes images from holographic, SilCam, and UVP ocean instruments into particle statistics, size distributions, and classification outputs.
